Designing workpieces, castings, moulds and tools

We own a modern and professional Technology and Design Office, the main activity of which is the design of details, castings, moulds, and tools. Our activities also include the development of technologies and providing technical assistance for the manufacture of products at the customer’s premises.

Depending on the type of drawing or concept submitted, we use various types of CAD/CAM software, e.g. (Catia, ProEngineer, Unigraphics, SolidWorks, Autocad).

We also design moulds for pressure and gravity die casting on the basis of drawings and 3D models provided by the customer.

At the design stage, we also have the option of using the 3D Flow program to simulate the filling of the mould chamber.
