We offer patterns in the following dimensions: 3000×2000 mm and larger by prior arrangement. Our instrumentation is made in accordance with the PN-EN 12890: 2002 standard. The source for the production of the tooling can be a customer’s 3D file or a 2D drawing.

We make model assemblies using various techniques and materials (wood-based materials, laminates, cast resins, tool resins, aluminium). These can be models for both manual and automatic moulding. We carry out production on the basis of 3 and 5-axis machining centres, using the latest CAD/CAM software.

The finished model assembly is subject to dimensional control based on laser techniques.

In addition, we make various types of tooling adaptations, repairs and changes according to customer requirements.
